I received all my callbacks on the spot right after my OCI interview.

I doubt all, but one firm does this to at least some people.

Willkie is the firm that does spot-callbacks, right?

My Stroock callback was via email. However, a different interviewer from that firm used the phone for his callbacks.

I think on-the-spot rejections would be funnier.

At the end when they hand you your firm promotional material, business card, and (if you're lucky) firm swag, they go ahead and add the pre-printed rejection letter.
