Probably the wrong place to be asking this, but what do you guys think you need to take to a callback? Should I take several extra copies of my resume? Writing sample even if they haven't asked for one? What about reference lists and stuff? There isn't any reason to take more than one reference list, writing sample, transcript, etc., right, even though you'll be meeting with several attorneys?

I've been taking enough resumes and transcripts for all interviewers and giving them out without being asked; hopefully that is kosher. Writing sample and references, probably only need one copy. (I haven't been asked for a writing sample, but had one with me, and had to write down my references separately.)

I am the UCLA poster from above.

Are you asking whether MoFo said during the interview when they would get back to me about a callback? If that is the question, then no they did not give any indication about a timeline.

I told everyone that I was primarily interested in transactional but was open to lit. Before I went to OCI I was told that saying you want transactional in CA was a terrible idea, but there were only a few firms where it seemed to be an issue. Most of the firms told me that they were looking to bolster their transactional groups.
