Patton Boggs (Dallas) CB last night by phone.

T14, ~top 15%, secondary journal, 2.5 yrs full-time WE, focus on corporate/transactional work, absolutely no ties to Texas.

In fact, the interview itself was the 1st time I had ever been to Dallas.

Subtle anti-GULC trolling.

What does it mean if you haven't gotten a callback or a ding letter from a firm? I haven't heard anything from Jones Day yet...

Might be that they will wait to see if anyone doesn't accept a callback where you would be one of the next in line

+1, I am above their historical numbers that I knew of. Texas was a learning experience for me and not much else.

Jackson Walker and Alston and Bird rejections today. Texas was a big bust for me. Looking like 0 CBs here. Gratefully, OCI is going very well.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
