Anyone know if a 3.73 would make top 5% or would it be in between 5% and 10%?

I'm almost certain you'd be somewhere between 5 and 10. It's hard to tell. While generally grades do go up over 2L and 3L, it's much more exaggerated in the middle of the curve; not at the top, where people are more likely to slide towards average grades than to keep improving.
