Yes, geographic effects are probably the hardest to pickup with this sample because lots of people targeted multiple markets.

This is super interesting. I'm really surprised by the conversion rate of screeners to CBs. Is that 41% accurate? I honestly would have guessed that it would be under 30%, and maybe significantly under for a lot of firms.

There are obviously huge selection biases at play here, and I'm not sure this data (although interesting) is worth a lot more than old claims from schools like Hofstra that the average starting salary in private practice is $160k.
