This is super interesting. I'm really surprised by the conversion rate of screeners to CBs. Is that 41% accurate? I honestly would have guessed that it would be under 30%, and maybe significantly under for a lot of firms.

There are obviously huge selection biases at play here, and I'm not sure this data (although interesting) is worth a lot more than old claims from schools like Hofstra that the average starting salary in private practice is $160k.
