LinkedIn in nice to find possible 2nd/3rd level contacts at firms of interest. I've used it to to conduct some informal due diligence regarding local firms/partners opinions of area law schools as well as the labor market for non-trads. About 70% of those contacted offered up 10-15 mins of time over the phone.curryinaninstant wrote:It wont let me upload my resume therefore its useless.
Regarding content, I would suggest making your profile informative but NOT a regurge of your resume. You want to catch recruiters'/potential employers' attention and still have a resume that provides new/more detailed information relevant to the position.
