It is, I was the person who took Skadden over the other two a few posts ago and yes it is a crap shoot. Like I said my decision making wasn't 100% rational and at some point you just have to find some personal way to differentiate them and that was my way just because I thought in my head (although apparently mistakenly) about Skadden's M&A/Lit relative strength.
