Offers: Accepted v100 that was my first choice. Didn't wait to hear from the others, withdrew faster than you can say "resume drop." No idea how I would have done... probably not well.

General comments: DC was rough. I'm lucky to get what I did. If you aren't top 15% on LR (even that's not a guarantee) and have the option to explore other markets, I recommend it. It's not to say you couldn't pull something off...there are always exceptions...it's just about hedging your bets. Small DC classes.

the problem with saying "8 if interviewers are outgoing" is that if the interviewer is outgoing, usually everyone has good interviews with them. so while you're 8 may appear to be above average, really everyone probably had an 8 or 9 interview with them. this occurred to me recently as i was wondering why i wasnt getting callbacks with people i hit it off with. then i realized those pple were really outgoing and friendly and thus probably hit it off with almost everyone. just something to think about and why i think you can't really self assess your interviewing abilities as its all relative.

+100. I thought I had a phenomenal interview with a firm that I was well qualified for grade-wise, and then realized after talking to people that the interviewer was just wonderful and everyone loved her. Made me a bit less surprised when I didn't get a CB.
