I was going to say NLJ250, until I read the last sentence. If they hadn't no-offered half of last year's summers, it would be (by the sound of it) your best option. Who cares about prestige if you can live in the place you want to be, work in an environment you like, and for a salary that is adequate for your purposes. But the prospect of potential unemployment is a serious matter, and that's why I'd say V10.
In any case not the V25, unless you think you'd be much happier in that city than in NY. No reason to go to a firm that you didn't like as much as the other two.
