I think ATL speculating about raises probably slightly increases expectations for raises, and thereby slightly increases the likelihood of raises actually occurring in the near term. Did anyone see the latest U.S. jobs report for May? Worst jobs report in SIX YEARS and record # of Americans not in the workforce. So much economic uncertainty...
