My experience seconds that proposition.
As a counterpoint, I had ~median grades 1L and all A-family grades 2L. It seems like some firms are treating me like 1L and others cumulative (based on getting some very unexpected callbacks).
Agree with above anon. Have similar grades and callback/screener ratio is > 50%.
