Yes it is, but not extremely high. From what I hear, those who received CBs right after an OCI interview are considered "first rounders". Those people tend to have a lot options, so they have to reject x amount of offers. Then, those firms will extend callbacks to others they were interested in at OCI. I've only seen it if you got a "still reviewing your application" email like Foley and Perkins Coie, but who knows!
wait so if i got one of these "still reviewing" emails from foley and/or perkins coie does that mean i'm on a waitlist for cb's should some first rounders decline offers?

How long after the CB until you received the offer? I did a CB with them yesterday.
For me it was the same day, at my CB... but I'd been to one of those secret post-screener dinners, so that might have made a difference in turnaround. I know several people who have had different experiences with that in past years, so definitely no need to worry.
