Just sent 15 firm apps. Probably will all be dings cus I applied today rather than the 1st. Working on judges when I get home

Just got an interview from mass mailing my "home" market (International student at UT, went to undergrad in FL).

P.S = the "I will be in 'home market' from Jan 2-6, would love to meet for an interview" thing works...

Surely all this news of stagnating bonuses and no NYC to 190 means that firms are just trying to leave more spots open for 1L summers right?

obv if a firm's holiday reception specifies business casual you go business casual right

feel like i'm being a dumb but someone said somewhere (wahrheit maybe?) that you always go to holiday parties suited up

Do what the firm tells you to do. Some firms lean toward the casual end of that spectrum, some lean toward the business end.

If you're a dude and go with slacks, nice solid-colored collared shirt, and sportcoat you're good.
