3L here. I would give it a week after the interview before you really start to freak out. Sometimes the firm's hiring committee meets on a specific day once a week to decide who to give CBs to, so it could take up to a week after your screener for you to get a call. I was getting CBs until the Thursday/Friday after EIP. If at that time you do not have any CBs, then you should hurry and mass mail.

I've got a couple of CBs, but I am still starting to put things together to mass mail. I don't think I have "enough" CBs to be certain I'll get an offer.

I'm really glad EIP is so early in August. I think a lot of firms still have a lot of open spots.

congrats Anonymous User on your large number of CBs, but be wary because a lot of the time the number of CBs has no correlation with the number of offers. sometimes CBs are auto-given to those with great grades, and then at the callback stage, those users stumble and do not "fit." see, for example, firms who have a very high CB to offer ratio.

All NY:

Callbacks from Schulte, Dechert, STB, and PW.

Dings from Cravath, Kasowitz, and Wilkie (in re thank you note).

I didn't hear from PW until two days after a lot of my friends w/ the same interviewer. So don't freak out just because you know someone on your schedule that got a callback.

In addition I've heard people with callbacks from DPW, S&C, K&E, Skadden, C&B, and other smaller ones.

Fried Frank (J.S.) and Chadbourne & Parke (K.C.) rejections today. Only 1 CB so far. Sigh.

I had something to keep me busy the last few days so that I couldn't stare at my phone. Now that EIP is over, there will be a lot of phone staring.

For those of you who have not heard back from any firms KEEP HOPE ALIVE!! I was in the same boat for the past couple of days and I was FREAKING OUT!! But I have heard from three firms today (WS, C &P and B &R) and it seems like the responses are slowly trickling in!! So you will be fine! And I know its hard to believe that when you haven't heard anything but it's true!!

I've received ZERO callbacks from firms this week. I'm not sure what happened. I got a decent number last week, so I feel lucky, but I'm worried something changed in my interview delivery that might fuck over my call backs and hence destroy any chance at getting an offer.

Not sure what to do.

Yeah, I have 18 or so, but I don't plan on doing about 4 of them so I guess it technically equals out.

Good luck everyone.
