Did everyone that interviewed with Willkie receive a card to call a Recruiting Hotline? I've heard conflicting theories on whether this was a callback offer on the spot.

I didn't get one. I suspect that calling the number will answer your question, though. Use a payphone and disguise your voice.

So if you got a card but weren't told anything directly about a callback? Are you sure everyone didn't receive them?

Doubtful. Give it at least a few more days, at the bare minimum.

no cbs... is it just me or does everything seem like its moving slowly this year? what firms have given cbs so far?

There have been random reports in this thread of other firms giving CBs, but at least from the people I've talked to (and other posts here) those seem to be more random as opposed to the mass-cbs the firms you listed have given. Then again, small sample size.

Confused about this too. Got a similar indication from my interviewer but it seemed sort of informal/off the cuff. Is there anyone out there who did NOT get the card at the end of the interview?

I really wouldn't worry yet (goes against the nature of law students, I know). My understanding is that a lot of these are trickling in.
