Re: SEO Corporate Law
I guess not... There does not seem to have been a major round of calls since Monday. The original predictions regarding the end of this week as the de facto doomsday may possibly be undermined by the aforementioned fact and this:jd20132013 wrote:So, nothing yet today...
Hopefully there will be a lot of calls in the coming week. Additionally, considering the above, NYU's suspicious absence might be a result of SEO postponing decisions for some of those who listed NYC as their primary market (which is likely the case with many NYU students).dkt4 wrote:i had an interview the other day with the director...
i still haven't decided a school, and my follow-up basically consisted of asking me where i was going and what my preference areas were. according to the interview, because i'm flexible in placement (particularly willing to go to nyc), not deciding for another week wasn't as big of a problem...but i got the impression that DC/SF were going to be rounding out their classes this weekend, and NYC on the first weekend of May.

law, are the students who have been PMing you saying that they got their calls over the weekend, or was it this past week and just didn't tell you until the weekend?

Hi everyone. I'm in for the NYC program...very excited!! I've been looking for housing options and was wondering if any girls are looking for a roommate in NYC. I found a fully furnished place, George Washington Residence Hall, in a good location and within walking distance from subway lines. The price is $2,600 for 11 weeks, occupancy dates are May 21-August 6. Here is the link: --LinkRemoved--, scroll down to George Washington Residence Hall. PM me if you're interested in getting a double room with me....and congrats to everybody, I'm looking forward to meeting you all and having an awesome summer experience

Although I'm sure I'm not the first, I'll be the first to post: I was rejected! I never got an email or anything, I randomly signed on the website and noticed that my status changed to "Your application decision is now available online".
FWIW, I didn't expect to get SEO as my LSAT was pretty low. It's alright though, I'll enjoy my summer before UVA
Good Luck to all still waiting!

Has anyone gotten into SEO from Berkeley yet? I committed to Berkeley on the 14th to CAL and have not heard a peep from SEO since they confirmed receiving my intent to enroll form. My 1st choice is SF, I don't know if that is going to hurt or help me?!

Sorry to hear that, but thanks for letting us know! I'm sure that a lot of people would rather find out sooner rather than later even if they kind of have a feeling.socraticmethodman wrote:Although I'm sure I'm not the first, I'll be the first to post: I was rejected! Also, I just tried checking mine and my status hasn't changed yet. But it's been forever since my follow up, so I'm just really confused about why mine hasn't been updated yet.

Considering that we’re dealing with applicants accepted by T-10 schools. . . what do you consider pretty low?socraticmethodman wrote:FWIW, I didn't expect to get SEO as my LSAT was pretty low.

Has anyone else gotten a decision via the SEO website? As far as I can tell (I think I'm looking in the right place), I'm still in.

Hey all, I'm a long time lurker and beneficiary of TLS wisdom, so I figured I should do a little giving back. Got in SEO earlier this month. Currently there are 32 people in the 2011 FB group. No follow up call here.law12type wrote:Thanks for all the recent responses. This will be a TLS filled SEO class!
