A bit late to this thread but thought I'd share my results (3.3-3.4gpa & no stone):
I had 30 interviews and have only heard back from:
Paul Hastings NY ding w/ EL
Weil Gotshal SV cb w/ MD & ER
Reichman Jorgensen SV ding w/ SJ
Mayer Brown NYC ding w/ DD

Aside from the usual, "email me if you have any questions," I sometimes get asked to follow up if I want to be connected with a partner from my target practice area or office (non-NY) or to schedule more time to talk since the 20 mins is so short.

I haven't done so. Mistake? Do you think they are testing to see if I follow up?

I only have 3 CBs so far. 2 dings. Loads of ghosting...

I think the ghosting is not actual ghosting. A lot of major players have not moved, so I would guess that callbacks will increase between now and the weekend.

Just want to say, the interviews I’m seeing are consistent with firms only giving weight to first semester 1L grades. I know people with strong grade uptrends who are underperforming their cumulative GPA.

As a counterpoint, I had ~median grades 1L and all A-family grades 2L. It seems like some firms are treating me like 1L and others cumulative (based on getting some very unexpected callbacks).
