I had a DPW call back last Thursday and haven't heard anything

Took me almost two weeks from callback to offer, I was freaking out. Particularly on the corporate side I think it's a little sluggish.

I have still yet to hear back from a DPW despite interviewing 2 weeks ago. Someone at my lower T14 has heard back, so I'm presuming that I'm on some kind of hold or something.

Any thoughts on how I should approach this? Does receiving a competing offer help?

Does anyone know if all firms will give you an official ding, or will some just ghost you after a callback if they don't want you?

Likely just a few to exceptional candidates who the firm sees as shoo-ins, but I don't know this for sure; I just know people have received them.
