Houston and DC, same day at 5. Most big firms will call back on the same day or the next day if they really like you.

I may have a dumb question. 23 screeners, 2 CB's and 0 dings after a week of OCI. Is it normal to hear radio silence from most of your screeners? I've heard it's not over until you get the ding but are some firms just moving a little slower or is there like some type of wait-list process? Fire away, I'll get back to reading tea leaves

That's how many screeners and CBs I got

From my experience if I missed the first wave that meant I eventually got the hard ding

How late do firms give CBs? Seems like nothing from Friday or yesterday has gone out, along with plenty of week 1 firms.

If a firm has given callbacks, is everyone else pretty much done? For example, someone gets a callback this morning from a firm that interviewed last week. I did not get the callback. Can it take them over the course of a day, or even doing it over two days? Or should I consider the lack of a callback a ding?
