What makes you think IM has?
My interview went well. I'm also top 5% of my law school and I was coming out of a clerkship. I could be a little confident - but I would think I would have heard something right now if enforcement had extended offers. If offers have been extended (according to this thread) I would think it would be IM.

Complete guess though. Also, I don't mean to be a a doosh by posting that. Just my two cents.
I'm the anon above who asked, we have very similar stats although I interviwed with another division. Good luck!

Has anyone actually received the paperwork for an offer? I've only heard of tentative offers made over the phone

That is what I have heard too. I just thought it's just the people I knew that happened to have informal tentative offers because on TLS, people seemed to indicate they got formal offers!

I know that offers have been extended over the phone with the written formal offer coming within the next two weeks. However, I am guessing that when you factor in the holidays it will not be until the middle of January for the formal offer.

my guess is, we probably won't see any recent updates until Obama signs the budget bill.

Further bump with a question. First, is everyone still stuck at "received?" Second, has anyone heard of the Atlanta Regional Office or Miami Office extending offers? I was an extern at one of those offices when I was in school, and my former supervisor said they hadn't started interviewing when I asked him a month or two ago.

I'm really sweating this app because it's basically my dream job. Really hoping that the South (as usual) is moving a little slower than everyone else.

I heard there was only one regional office with spots for the program, and it is unfortunately neither Atlanta nor Miami.

Anyone know the salaries actually offered? I am assuming they were at the low end of the SK-11 scale.

Bump. FWIW, at my last interview they really emphasized that these are expected to be permanent positions and the two year thing is just the equivalent of a probationary period.

It's been very quiet here. I wonder if the SEC slowed down their side of the process with the holidays.
