Also contacted by Tonkon. Not a rejection though. Email saying my application is one still being strongly considered.Anonymous User wrote:dinged at Tonkon Torp w/o interview. no ties to PNW.

Does anyone have more than this from Tonkon? I've heard of nothing but nice emails saying that you're being considered and then a few dings. No screeners or callbacks. Anyone got one? I'm waiting on anything from them.Anonymous User wrote:Also contacted by Tonkon. Not a rejection though. Do you mind sharing the market/general geographic location? Actually, can you tell me if it's Bellevue or not? Thanks.Anonymous User wrote:Interview with Perkins

Anon for the Perkins interview.
1 - Call followed up by email

I wonder how many people they interview for that 1 spot though...

Hey I applied to Stoel, Perkins, Charlotte Diversity, & K&L Gates but haven't heard anything back -- I'd love to work for any of them, should I email each and re-express my interest in their firm? Or just wait it out?

Re: 1L diversity SA positions
It's not clear that anyone has heard anything from Perkins or K&L Gates for Seattle, other than some rejections. (Has anyone had an interview offer from the Seattle offices?) I think Stoel had movement already. Other Perkins offices, including Chicago, and a California office, already extended invites last week, so it's likely that Seattle already did and none are posting on TLS, or that they will sometime this week. It probably doesn't hurt, particularly if you were one of the earlier applicants.rivkah wrote:Hey I applied to Stoel, Perkins, Charlotte Diversity, & K&L Gates but haven't heard anything back -- I'd love to work for any of them, should I email each and re-express my interest in their firm? Re: 1L diversity SA positions
IDK if someone's asked this already, but what's with the concentration of PNW firms and diversity 1L hiring? It just seems unusually weighted in this thread.

I should add that Seattle is also fairly liberal.paulinaporizkova wrote:hmm...innerestingAnonymous User wrote:Yeah, this.CanadianWolf wrote:The PNW lacks diversity.
