I'm sure this question is answered on the app somewhere but...
case study? Is that something they present you when you get to the interview?

Otherwise the mailing address is SEO Corporate Law Program, 55 Exchange Place, New York, NY 10005. Good luck on your interview!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Knock wrote:Who did you guys have your recommender address your LOR to? "Dear SEO Law Program," ? I just had mine today and I am not feeling great but not feeling bad either. It was pretty straight forward and my interviewer was pretty chill. So, we shall see
Good Luck to everyone else!

Yeah I think a large number of us received our interview invites at the same time, so all the time slots would likely be around the same dates.misterbingley wrote:there seems to be such a large spat of interviews lately. i guess late jan/early feb slots were few in number? or maybe us cool feb kids are just more vocal about it

It varies by firm. It is likely that the trip would interfere, in which case you have a decision to make.pennyloafer17 wrote:Does anyone know the exact dates for the internship? Loved my interview. Went great and I actually went to school with one of my interviewers. They were two great people and it was so relaxed. We actually talked quite a bit about football. So glad I put so much time into prepping, definitely helped because none of the questions rattled me and I had a lot to talk about, for instance the firm I interviewed at recently strengthened their IP section with new hires and the interviewers seemed impressed that I knew that'd. I really hope I get this!

They can arrive after the interview. Just try to get them in there as quickly as possible. Until your file is complete (as in law school) they refuse to make a decision.cmik801 wrote:Does anyone know if the letter of recommendation and the transcript has to be on file by the time of the interview? We all know that LSAT is the most important factor in LS admissions, followed by GPA, URM status, Work Experience, LORs....But what about SEO? From what I've gathered, A T14 acceptance is necessary (an exception every now and then), but it is obviously not sufficient. So, acceptances seem to get you in the door, but after that, what is it?
My guess
Acceptances/where you enroll: 30%
Interview skills/ how personable you are: 30%
Work Exp: 15%
LSAT: 10%
GPA: 10%
Undergrad: 5%
These numbers were based off of hearsay and browsing the thread.
GPA is a hell of a lot more important than 10 percent. I was told by a recruiter than the average GPA is 3.7+ They do take people with lower GPA's but you're going to have some really great things going for you. Undergrad is very important as well--a lot more than 5 percent. Check out the profiles of the people who've made it in recent years. The firms that SEO connect you with are very focused on prestige. If anything LSAT may be the least important factor of the one's you listed. I was told that the average LSAT for the program was in the low 160s--with many people being accepted with a high 150s score. You certainly don't need a sky high (170+) LSAT.
what do y'all think, based off of what you have heard?

Thanks Batman! Those numbers were pretty much out of my ass with no substantive evidence. Everything you said is good news for me, except for the undergrad prestige.

My interviewers made it a point to comment that they dont recruit at my school and dont usually see ppl from my undergrad so this might have legs now that I think about it.yngblkgifted wrote:BruceWayne wrote:yngblkgifted wrote:What is the general consensus about which factors matter the most?
