Has anyone else not gotten any offers from callbacks? When is it appropriate to start panicking?

Depends on when your callbacks were. If it's been over a week, then yeah, I might start on a backup plan.

If anyone else is feeling similarly hopeless - OP here and an hour after posting this I got an offer from a V10.

How has everyone felt they did relative to the historical data? I got 10 CBs out of 25 screeners. Outperformed my 1L grades significantly, but was one CB below the expected callback rate for someone in my overall grade range including 2L, so within the margin of error I guess. CBs have been good so far, firms appear to be working quick. Went 3 for 3 on offers for my first ones, and they all came in within 48 hours of the CB.

More or less as expected from historical data. Most of my friends are in same boat too.

Far worse than expected from historical data. I think it's a combination of not bidding remotely conservatively and seriously underestimating how much individualized firm research & networking I'd need to do. But, based on other schools' threads, this has been a rough year for a lot of people.

Far worse than expected from historical data. I think it's a combination of not bidding remotely conservatively and seriously underestimating how much individualized firm research & networking I'd need to do. But, based on other schools' threads, this has been a rough year for a lot of people.

I can't emphasize this enough for future classes and current students with upcoming CBs. In years past, it was fine to be fairly general about why this firm and/or why this practice but they're expecting students to be more knowledgeable for interviews

They have a lot more information than they share, but they "published" the stuff people are talking about at a webinar earlier in the semester (and at a similar event pre-EIP (that March interview thing that vanished with covid)). Honestly not even sure how valuable the information was (they had firms ranked by mean GPA thresholds instead of median. Least they could have done was give us both imo). They also don't publish the CB>offer info which seems almost even more important (especially right now). No info on work experience, regional ties, etc.

I really fail to see the point of withholding so much information (they could even try to keep it private within the school, like they do with the current info) and am halfheartedly wishing for some kind of group data collection independent of OCS to spontaneously appear. It won't, but I can dream...
