Some firms (like Cravath) do actually reject by emails. Like we get emails saying they are not offering us a SA position.

Wait... are you saying it’s a bad thing to be an asshole?

Callbacks, grades, salaries, etc. are really only things that should be discussed in private, if at all. That’s just basic social common sense.

ETA: Do trust the process though. It’s not over yet. If you don’t have any callbacks yet, hang in there and start networking and mass mailing asap, just in case.
