Also curious if anyone has heard from Perkins, Alston, and Goodwin. White & Case too.Anonymous User wrote:Any word on Perkins, Alston, Goodwin, or Locke Lord?
Also, what was the callback window for Sidley? Interviews were Friday, was wondering the callback timeframe for other schools that were earlier in the week.

Seems like it's been a very quiet day across the board. I'm a bit surprised.

Does anyone know how many 2L SAs (approx.) that Boies Schiller has had in the past?

Seriously. This OCI seems to have been brutal, including for people with REALLY stellar GPAs at the school I'm at (UCLA/USC).Anonymous User wrote:Seems like no one does.Anonymous User wrote:Anonymous User wrote:Jones Day dings are going out for USC..

Couldn't agree more. Unless firms have a second wave of callbacks coming, I know people in the top 2% who are very personable without a single callback.Anonymous User wrote:Seriously. Ding from Foley via email. That was a really good interview too I thought. Went almost double time. Ah well.

Re: LA OCI Thread 2014
This seems unusual to me-- did they only apply to V10 firms or offices with tiny SA classes? Anecdotal, but I know people at/around median who have received callbacks... Granted CA offices seem to have a bigger emphasis on fit but still, at top 2% it seems like it'd be yours to lose.Anonymous User wrote:Couldn't agree more. Re: LA OCI Thread 2014
Although I don't know of any specific cases like this, overall this year's OCI seems to have been pretty ruthless. At my school I know that screener --> callback yields are far lower than they have been in recent years, which is odd due to the fact that most offices are expanding their summer classes.Anonymous User wrote:This seems unusual to me-- did they only apply to V10 firms or offices with tiny SA classes? Is it completely far-fetched to think that some firms may send out a second wave of callbacks down the road?
