Last year, I only had one callback coming out of New York and got rejected from it quickly. But I was able to pick up callbacks in Boston and at the Ithaca OCI and got a biglaw SA. Don't give up hope yet!
Have you talked to career services? It might be a good idea to get one or two more mock interviews in so that you can bring your A game to the next round of interviews. It also can't hurt to mass mail to secondary markets that you have ties to. I mass mailed secondary markets last year and reached out to Cornell alums there and I ended up exchanging emails and meeting partners in secondary markets that way.

How serious is the career services office about not excusing students from Ithaca OCI for callbacks? One of my callback firms has set dates for CBs, and the only one I could take is on the same day as an OCI screener. I scheduled the CB before the OCI results came out.

Just call them and tell them that ASAP. Ultimately it's in their interest for you to go on the CB and to have someone else get the OCI slot, and in the end I'm not really sure what they can do to prevent you from skipping it.
