I know the Offer Tracker is a good resource is determining how likely it is to convert a callback into an offer, but does it seem to anyone else that the 2012 information is incomplete? It's like the CPC stopped pushing 2012 OCI participants to fill out the surveys. Or, are the numbers that much worse than 2011? I thought 2012 was supposed to be a little better, but according to the Offer Tracker, 2012 was a bloodbath compared to the already bloody OCI season of 2011.

CPC said they require participating firms to report the data they post on the "offer tracker." My estimate is that firms made offers to roughly 15% to 20% of their interview slots, but many of those offers went to the same top-ranking students (inference from the large portion of offers that are not accepted). So basically all the firms are gonna make offers to the same top 40 students, plus the occasional well-connected or very personable applicant. The other 90% will have to keep hustling.

Milbank has made it's first round of callbacks and its first round if dings. It may have you on a hold while it waits to see how many people accept their offers. I know callback interviews have been going on at milbank with some regularity.
