Got the ding email from MWE Chicago a few minutes ago. Not surprised, I've heard they're looking for almost all corporate people this year.

Top firms like WLRK and MTO go beyond great grades for the screener. It's not even really about the interview either. They can afford to look deep into the talent pool for things like top undergrad, prestigious W/E or post-undergrad degrees etc.

They also look for women and minorities making the competition harder to get a spot as a white guy.
