I'm probably 5th in my class right now at USC. I've applied to over 100 firms, only received 3 interviews through OCI (out of 4 firms) and I've had 2 CBs. I feel like my grades should have given me a better chance at a firm job. Is the LA market just not feeling 1Ls or what?
What should I do now?
Non-URM, K-JD
100 firms is nothing. 2 CBs is really solid. Most people won't get 1L SAs, they are tough to get. The LA market in particular probably my isn't going to jump all over 1Ls.
Now is probably the time I start applying to non-firm stuff if you haven't already.

What's the protocol on being invited to "lunch with some more attorneys" after already having done a 3 hour callback interview? Is this like a victory lap sorta thing or srs business? And credited is just to order a salad and only eat half, right?

Well, you're going to be nervous, so I'd have at least 3 or 4 martinis to calm your nerves, and a porterhouse to absorb it all.
Seriously though, I'd treat it as another interview until they actually offer you a job. I would guess that that is what the lunch is actually for.

Yes. Callback and offer for the OC office. I turned it down for something else though, so they may still be hiring.

Lol I was gonna order a couple bottles of fine wine for the table to show off my sophisticated and mature tastes, but if you think martinis are better I guess I'll have to reconsider.

I don't drink martinis ever, but scotch for lunch seemed a bit much.

The people you have lunch with are going to scurry back to their offices and submit evaluations after you guys finish the bottles of wine you ordered, so treat it as an interview in a more relaxed setting. They're trying to weed out aspies who are good at pretending not to be aspie in 30 minute office interviews.
Salads are fine. Just order something that isn't messy. I would also eat more than half; I believe the sweet spot is 74%. Do you really want to be a median salad consumer?

It's part of the interview. I personally wouldn't order salad because sometimes the greens are too large or not crisp enough to fork. I'd go with the fish lunch special or off the lunch menu. It's generally pretty clean and easy to eat with little need for cutting or extended chewing. (And the special or off the lunch portion of the menu because it will be ready quickly, so if anyone's order holds the table up, it won't be yours.)

Assume ding, or do these firms continue interviewing & hiring into March?
generally you should assume ding until you have an offer in hand. apply to shit until you do.

I think you really limited yourself by applying to LA solely. If you wanted a firm job
in general, you would've been better served blanketing the NYC offices of V100 firms (arbitrary, but it's the easiest way to find firms that pay ~market
and take on first-years for the most part), and all of California. Just targeting LA was a bad idea, and your results aren't exactly atypical.
I mean, this is all a moot point if I've misconstrued your post and you did apply broadly.

Guessing this has been answered elsewhere itt, but I have a question.
I received a job offer in the city in which I want to work at a decent place where I think I would get some good experience. They told me I had some time to fully decide, but didn't specify (guessing two weeks?)
But, next week, I have two interviews at jobs I'd much rather have. And I don't know what to tell the first offer. I'm scared if I don't take it then I won't get an offer anywhere in the city I want (these are my only possibilities there right now). Suggestions?
