I have received two pseudo offers, but no real offer. My SA is over and I sit and look at my cell pretending like I can make it ring with the hiring partner giving me the real thing. This needs to end.

1L SA here. Was told that I'd get an answer by the end of August/early September. Is this a good time to contact recruiting and say that this firm is still my top choice?

Just gotta beat the pavement again and hope for the best. Call everyone you know, apply everywhere, etc. If it wasn't work-related, then it shouldn't hurt you going forward in interviews.
