Can I ask by what means you got the rejection from Akin? And which interviewer? Sorry to hear it, btw. Thanks

Does anyone have any Philly offers? Wondering how long after our callbacks we should expect to receive an offer, getting nervous.

Anyone hear back from Cleary yet? I had my CB on Friday. I'm wondering if anyone's heard anything yet.

My CB -> offer time with Cleary was 4 days. It seems like they may be a hair slower than other firms, so I don't think you can assume anything if your CB was only on Friday. Good luck!Anonymous User wrote:Anyone hear back from Cleary yet? I had my CB on Friday. I'm wondering if anyone's heard anything yet.

Philly firms generally move slowly and take 1-2 weeks. Dechert seems to be the exception.Anonymous User wrote:Does anyone have any Philly offers? Wondering how long after our callbacks we should expect to receive an offer, getting nervous.

So it seems like NY firms have a 1 business day turnaround for offers. If we don't get an offer in that time period, can I assume ding?

Not that I'm eager to work for a firm that rescinds offers just before 3L spring finals, but still.

Don't think that's true for all the NY firms. You're right for the bigger ones (i.e. Cravath, Simpson), but I know for a fact that some of the hiring committees at the firms with smaller summer classes only meet once a week.Anonymous User wrote:So it seems like NY firms have a 1 business day turnaround for offers.
