Phone. However, there is generally a follow-up email. I think only 1 of my callbacks was via email alone.

Got a Latham SD CB, and someone else mentioned a SF one.

Seems like so far there are murmurs of the following: Gibson, Latham, Mofo

I have a theory that the West Coast offices take longer to give CBs because the interviewer (often from a DC office) can't make on the spot CBs. I'd be curious to hear other people's experiences.

Davis Polk has made there callbacks. As has Gibson Dunn.

I know that Latham has made at least some of theres as well.

No idea on Proskauer.

They interviewed Friday, and called people Friday night

EDIT: I am talking about the DC office. Sorry for the confusion. No idea what's happening with the NY office.

Unrelated: Is the assumption that if dings have been emailed out and you didn't hear, but you haven't been called that you're in limbo?
