How has everyone been doing so far? Been hearing it's been a struggle from a lot of peers.

Personally had 9 screeners, 3 CBs, 0 offers so far :o

To echo the anon above - yes it's been particularly hard this year. Looking forward to hearing what CPC is going to say. I had 11 screeners and 3 CBs. Last year, my friend had a near 50% CB rate.

Do we have a consensus on thank yous after callbacks? It's getting really tiresome to write so many and I'm worried there's a higher chance they'll hurt than help
In one of the workshops I attended, it was mentioned that thank you emails will not increase the chance of offer, instead, if there are grammar mistakes, it may hurt your chances. Also, all attys will forward thank you emails to HR. If you simply change the name, it will look bad and may hurt you too.

I didn't do thank you emails.

np, I'm guessing if you were doing a CB there, you probably have some other great options in the works. Good luck!

Can people post firms that they know have extended offers already so we have an idea? Anyone hear from Fried Frank post-CB yet?

I was told a two-week turnaround by the recruiting manager, but I also saw someone got a same-week offer on Friday (hiring committee meets on Fridays, their CB was Wednesday). So I'm guessing we're on a waitlist, unfortunately.
