Is it better to interview with firms at off campus programs or on campus?

Are you able to preselect and schedule your interview, or is it just showing up under "with invitations" and still pending?

Mine are showing up under "with invitations" as "pending" still. Can't schedule the interview yet. Maybe we can't schedule until everything or almost everything is out so that we can decide how we want to build our schedule when we know what interviews we have

Did any STL or MO natives get a Polsinelli invitation? I know three with decent qualifications that struck out with them.

I think all the selections that employers have submitted so far are in.

Not a STL native and didn't get Polsinelli, but I've heard that of the STL firms, they probably care least about ties.

Anyone still pending for all/majority of their applications? I realize that acceptances are rolling but it seems like a lot of people have already received invitations.

These aren't interview requests just yet. They are what show up when you sort by "with invitations". Those are whom you have alternates or interviews with.

They say pending regardless. Change the drop down menu to "with invitations" to see your pre-selects/alternates so far.

Thanks for clarifying. I was worried for a second there. I've got the following so far:

Baker
Simpson Thatcher
Hunton & Williams
Lathrop
Thompson Coburn
Foley Lardner

I'm slightly regretting not writing cover letters for half the firms I bid. Only slightly though.

That really shouldn't matter for the ones that just asked for a resume. They are really just looking for GPA cutoffs.

What does this mean? Like you heard from Latham, as a preselect or alt? Or you heard from someone else that their invites are potentially out?

For firms that only did resume collects, does anyone know if there is a specific time when we should hear from them, if at all?

Anyone know what the odds are of ending up with an interview if you start out as an alternate?

I don't think there is any rhyme or reason....it just depends on if anyone who gets an interview declines
