I interviewed around the same time and I'm still waiting. They didn't mention the decision timeline (or I just failed to ask).Anonymous User wrote:Anyone heard from the FTC Competition Bureau? I interviewed on 10/31, said they would have a decision or let me know if they needed more time within a week. Still waiting. Anyone else interview?
Was your's a screener or callback?

Re: Government Honors Programs 2014-2015 Cycle
I interviewed about three weeks ago at the same time as my DOJ-Antitrust interview; they let me skip the screener so I wouldn't have to make two trips to DC. They called my references on Monday and indicated then that they were in the "final stages of making a decision." I have not heard anything more.Anonymous User wrote:I interviewed around the same time and I'm still waiting. Has anybody heard anything from the DOE? We are approaching the end of the period that they estimated callbacks would be sent out.

Are you talking about a summer offer for a 2L, or a permanent Honors positions for 3Ls?Anonymous User wrote:Received offer from EPA OGC in October.

That really should be the 2L program because the official program for 3Ls hasn't even been posted yetAnonymous User wrote:Are you talking about a summer offer for a 2L, or a permanent Honors positions for 3Ls?Anonymous User wrote:Received offer from EPA OGC in October.

Had my interview with NRC on Monday and my references were contacted today. The office advises decisions will be made in mid-December. Hoping the quick reference check is a good sign!

Anybody else who applied for the Army Corps of Engineers Program? Did you get an email asking if you are interested in being considered for the Japan or Korea offices?

I got an email asking if I was interested in Japan or another state-side office. I ended up withdrawing, though, since I've accepted another job.Nomo wrote:Anybody else who applied for the Army Corps of Engineers Program? Any indication made on how many they brought in for interviews? I had mine this week as well and gathered how many offers the hope to extend (5-6) and when they intend to make initial offers (mid-December).Anonymous User wrote:Had my interview with NRC on Monday and my references were contacted today. Not sure, I know I had the first slot and then the next didn't come in until 10am. I only know that because someone switched our files. So maybe 3 interviews a day over the week. I would say a guess is 10? This is complete speculation. Have your references been contacted?Anonymous User wrote:Any indication made on how many they brought in for interviews? Hm, I would have guessed more. One of my interviewers mentioned they had some people in before the holiday. Who knows.Anonymous User wrote:Not sure, I know I had the first slot and then the next didn't come in until 10am. I only know that because someone switched our files. As of COB today, I hadn't heard from any of my references--I asked them to give me a shout if/when they were contacted. I interviewed later in the week though, so I'm trying not to read into it...

I didn't know they had interviewed before the holiday. Guess it will just have to be a mystery. Re: Government Honors Programs 2014-2015 Cycle
My hopes were kind of dashed when I heard the timeline of interviews for NRC. They've been interviewing people from mid November, so it's def more than 10 people total. I want to say they interview a ton of people but they can't fly EVERYONE in, so I'm guessing they interview a lotta GW/GTown/American ppl in the neighborhoodAnonymous User wrote:I didn't know they had interviewed before the holiday.
