Just to provide another data point: I've gotten 6 callbacks so far (from the first day--9 interviews) and I have below median grades.

Are those people getting callbacks people with good grades? Most people I know with multiple callbacks are getting callbacks from v10 firms as well, so I don't know if they are doing exceptionally well or their grades are great.

At what point should I contact career services?
I'm right there with you. 15+ interviews and 0 CBs, and I have top grades. My guess is that all the people getting CBs on the spot (or within 24 hours) are top 10% and/or possess phenomenal interview skills.
Keep your heads up! It's still early in the process, you guys will be fine.

Anecdotally, I have 4 callbacks (3 in V15) out of the 7 screeners I have done, and I would say I'm around top ~30%, but have a good resume and interview well, so grades definitely don't run the show so get those interview skills on display!

Who knows? I think I'm probably just a good interviewer, though that's obviously not useful advice. Some relatively interesting work experience, but nothing too exotic.

I was told by one interviewer that the timeline was a little longer for 3Ls than what it normally is for 2Ls. However, I did get a call back for one of the firms I interviewed with. I haven't heard anything from any of the other firms I interviewed with though. From reading old threads on 3L OCI I think it might be too soon for 3Ls to hear back yet. They all seem to confirm that the time line is longer. But if anyone else knows anything I would also like to know.

Callback from which firm please?
Bumping this.

3L here. Haven't heard back from anyone (good or bad news) but I've heard that many firms go through the 2Ls first before hitting 3Ls.

I know this is not what you want to hear, but as someone who did EIW last year with ~3.5 and bid heavily New York, let me be clear: HALF of all callbacks will have gone out by the end of the day. Most large NY firms pounce within 24 hours if they want to give you a callback. If you get silence, then it is appropriate after ONE WEEK (or more) to send a letter to the partner/associate you interviewed with and say, "I am writing to reaffirm my strong interest in..." if you are truly very interested. (I got 3-4 more callbacks this way.)

tl/dr: HALF of callbacks will have gone out by the end of today.
