I'm getting confused as I've been dinged by some places that should be targets for me based on grades, yet received CBs at places I would think are reaches. I'm pretty sure my interview performance can't be that varied/off from interview to interview so I'm not really sure what to take from this.

BTW I've heard every summer class is being diminished this year. I think OCI will be a bloodbath this year. Hopefully Penn will drop a little because of this. They should not be ranked 7 if only the top 1/3 gets jobs.
