Has anyone interviewed/received an offer from the Chi office this year?

Are they hiring? They had quite a few no offers this past year purely for economic reasons and seem to have shuttered the program this year for the most part. I would look elsewhere if you have other options.

Has anyone heard from them? At all?

I believe they dropped their summer associate program a few years back but started a "fellowship" program...which probably means less money/no offer.

I tried calling Tavit at the LA office, and she hasn't gotten back to me. None of the other offices that are hosting this year have either... wonder if this fellowship is still on?

LA is not having a fellowship program this year.

Can you explain more about their no-offers? From what I gather from their website, their fellowship program goes, "Summer fellow --> senior fellow --> junior associate."

So the no-offers occurred to summer fellows who did not receive senior fellow offers?

OP from 2012....doubt that's what you mean.

But the answer is multiple offices.

Yep, that's right. Trust me, I know.

As for the offices, I know Chicago and LA had no offers purely for economic reasons; not sure if NY did or not considering they only had 2 summers. I think all the summers were recommended for jobs, too, so it really was unfortunate and probably somewhat arbitrary. The firm as whole hasn't been meeting its target hours this past year.
