Re: Columbia EIP 2012 Superthread
It honestly varied. I think if you interviewed with an associate, rather than a partner, the odds of the same day call back went up for me. But each firm has a different procedure and within that, each interviewer has a different schedule/work load. They are not as anxious as you to get this done. My best advice would be to stay off of TLS during EIP, as it caused me stress last year. But that is easier said than done and I didn't do it myself.Anonymous User wrote:to the 3L, in your recollection, how often did CBs go out the night of, and how often were they scattered later? thanks

Anonymous User wrote:3L here. I just wanted to weigh in because I remember how stressful this was last year. Don't get too consumed with the posts here on TLS. Remember, there are three days of interviews left, don't get your nerves out of whack on the first day. CBs will come and offers will follow. Be confident and articulate. Good Luck!
I just want to second this. Just because the firm you interviewed with gave out some callbacks does not mean that you will not get one. Even if it is the same interviewer. Some interviewers dor two days of callbacks or don't get to all of the callbacks in the same sitting. Chill out and focus on the interviews you have left.
Also, if you get callbacks, schedule them right away!! You might try to schedule the firms youlike the most first, and that is fine, but try to get them done as quickly as possible.
Edit- I suck at typing. Being illiterate while in law school is hard.

Re: Columbia EIP 2012 Superthread
Had 17 interviews. CBs from Schulte and Bingham. I wish I could get some more feedback on my interviews. I feel that I have done pretty well in almost all of them, and I pretty much say the same thing in each one.
Meh. Maybe more will be on the way.

Cleary callback via e-mail - interviewer E.D. I'm having issues using their application to schedule the CB, though. The page opens but there is no way to select a CB day or time. Anyone else have this issue and figure it out?

Re: Columbia EIP 2012 Superthread
No CBs over the weekend. Starting to get anxious. Thinking that I might have bid too aggressively as a transfer student.
Edit: is there a timeframe when we can assume we aren't getting a callback? Should I hold onto hope for interviewers from Thurs that I haven't heard from yet or just move on? I'm trying to decide how much more mass mailing I need to do.
