Last week as well. I am worried because it seems like they wanted to move quickly...

Last week as well. I am worried because it seems like they wanted to move quickly...

I was told it would take about a week, so its about that time... I would think that they would move faster than that also, but I haven't heard of anyone who has heard back from them yet.

Got my Jones Day rejection yesterday, snail mail. My season is over.

It seems there has not been a lot of movement from Chicago this week. Any thoughts on the likelihood of more offers going out as people begin declining offers? Did this happen at all last year?

I know Sidley was scheduled to meet either yesterday or this morning. One of my friends got an offer around noon today. Guess that means I'm out.

Got the Jenner offer this morning - definitely picked up from the "hold" pile.

I interviewed the week after my friend at Sidley, but got my offer before him. He was never in the hold pile...I think his interviewer just got tied up. Sometimes, there are circumstances for why the offer does not come sooner (it depends on more than just when the Committee meets).

Were you at the dinner tonight? Definitely a lot of offers for UofC alone, so I don't think they have had to dip into a "hold" pile yet.

I was not at the dinner last night. My callback was several weeks ago. I know they did a lot of callbacks, but I was surprised to get the offer so long after my own.
