Ok... I set up a spreadsheet so we can keep track of all the callbacks / rejections. Please add firms you have heard from. This will help consolidate a lot of the information.

Thanks for this.

This was a great idea. Too bad someone had to ruin it.
It's back. Hopefully people can be respectful.

At what time of day will panicking be appropriate? How can an interviewer be so nice, yet so cruel?

dude, I am right there with you. I feel like my interviews go well, and then just nothing. It sucks, it sucks a lot. I hope of lot of firms/good government employers come in the September OCI cause it is seeming a lot like i am going to be one of those 30% who gets no offer out of this stuff.

dont freak out just yet 2ls. there were more than enough offers to go around last year when things were looking 10 x worse. also, many students got offers long after eiw through firms that couldnt gauge how many ppl would accept / turn down; a few firms just took longer than others; and a couple of firms only interviewed during the semester, not during eiw.

Does anyone know of a resource that would provide an individual firm's traditional callback-to-offer ratio? Does OCS let us have this info if we go into the office?

I'm gonna go ahead and call someone a liar. Under a 3.0 and 12 callbacks? really?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
