Secondary markets for me, which I understand can take a bit longer to come through. Has anyone with 0 callbacks actually been dinged anywhere?

I heard from numerous interviewers that hiring committees often meet on the weekend, and then callbacks are made early the following week. This is for major markets...

Anyone feel like advice they were given before OGI's is either more true or less true after being through a first week? Obviously it's still early in the process, but maybe we can share tips/advice on what's working or not working.

I was given advice that the more low-key or laid-back an interview can be, the better. I've find that to be very true this past week. The interviews I have received callbacks for were all very casual, full of jokes, and lots of conversations about my interests or background outside of law/work. The ones I've had silence or dings, they've been more formal or uptight.
