I think he's talking about the anxiety accompanying the wait for an offer when Mel is working at a firm with a 100% offer rate next summer.sideroxylon wrote:I mean, we're all p. much finished now, no?Danger Zone wrote:See how much you enjoy it around this time next summerMal Reynolds wrote:I enjoy this thread.

People still haven't heard back? That sucks.
I'm sure everything will be fine, people who are waiting for good news.

I will not hear back for another 2-2.5 weeks. So yes, it does suck.sideroxylon wrote:People still haven't heard back? That sucks.

Waiting to hear back about an offer is, in TSL's words, the worst part about OCI being a summer.

Small class sizes plus no offers during the recession make me nervous. Acceptable?

Small class sizes means 100% might be more like 95%. How was your exit interviewDanger Zone wrote:Small class sizes plus no offers during the recession make me nervous. Acceptable?

What about 1L SA at a 100% firm? I assume the 100% figure applies only to 2Ls.

You should have an idea about whether they make any type of offer to 1L's. If they do, you're fine.Anonymous User wrote:What about 1L SA at a 100% firm? I assume the 100% figure applies only to 2Ls.

How can we tell if we're offered because they love us or are byproducts of wanting to keep 100 percent offer rates? If it's 100 percent for big classes wouldn't it seem many were "eh, not that bad..."
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
