I had a strong interview but I haven't deposited anywhere because I am still holding out hope for H/S/C, so I guess that means no SEO para me.

Hmmm. I really want to get a place as soon as possible so the sooner I know what city I'm in the better. That being said, if they knew we were going to NY they most likely would have told us that. I imagine there are still a few spaces left in the DC and Houston area where they'll send some kids who had NY as their 1st preference.

I suppose no news is good news for me, as my application cruises in limbo...much like my Harvard Hold.

The deadline for us to send in our seat deposits is 4/15 I believe.
I probably won’t be able to make my decision until after Stanford’s ASW which is that weekend, 4/16-4/19.
Do you guys think I will be auto rejected if I don’t send in a seat deposit on or before 4/15?
I’ve tried calling and emailing SEO but they have not responded.
Also, I got a “decision rendered” email roughly a week after my interview back in February . The email essentially said that I was very competitive but they don’t have enough information (i.e. seat deposit) to make their decision on me yet.
Is this viewed as a soft waitlist, sign of interest, or simply neutral?
