All pay above market. There's a ton of other lit boutiques in both Dallas and Houston. Play around chambers if you want to find more. But I get the impression they all care about ties ( and grades).

Weil NYC had a decent number of people for a Tuesday evening CB--has anyone heard of any movement after that?

I interviewed there last week, they said I should hear by the end of this week. Probably today/tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

I got auto-dinged on 12/1 saying that they don't "typically" do 1Ls, despite NALP saying they had 3 last year.

Is there a point in pursuing Spring OCI at all? As of now I have three screeners next week at my T14, but then I have a USAO intern offer expiring the following week.

That is my only offer and I feel it's super risky to rely on somehow getting an offer out of OCI from three measly screeners. FWIW I'm median and non-URM.

Yeah I suppose that's true. They're for a couple regional markets and since I'm trying to get into regional markets to practice anyway I guess it's a good time to practice embellishing the ties I have there..
