Ok so if I saw people hearing back from my interviewer today, and I haven't got anything, does that mean I'm out?

Given how many people here have posted that they heard from DPW via email, seems as if they just sent out a general email blast to everyone they've invited for callbacks. My interview was with GR, and I got an email around the same time everybody else did

I can only see my journal and externship, but I'm showing 15 points for the fall which matches up with me getting my top 3 class choices. According to the registrar's site, the lottery was supposed to be run yesterday, so we should know soon.
