Quick Question: How long should I expect to wait for a CB after others already received CBs? For instance, if I had a great interview with Cahill, but I hear that Cahill sent out CBs, should I just give up hope? Or is there a chance I will still receive a CB? My assumption is that if you didn't get a CB when everyone else did, you're finished, but I'm not sure if that's correct.
I think that depends on whether you had the same interviewers. Some interviewers move a bit slower.

It may depend on your interviewer, but it's probably more the fact that the firm has put you "on reserve" in a sense instead of outright dinging you. Meaning, they are probably going to see how the CBs they've already given out turn out and if they want to send out more CBs, you may get one.

Anyone hear back from Mayer Brown? Figured a CB at this point is unlikely, but haven't seen anyone post so wanted to check
Also would love to know the answer to this.

Do we have a consensus on thank yous after callbacks? It's getting really tiresome to write so many and I'm worried there's a higher chance they'll hurt than help

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
