For those who got offers from Big 4 for 125k + 15k, did you get an additional bonus for passing the bar? If so, how much?

I got 5k, but that was a few years ago.

Kind of surprised starting salary and bonus are still pretty much the same as they were a few years ago but with COVID maybe not.

Thanks for the info! Yes, it is surprising there hasn't been an increase in the starting salary.

If you don't mind sharing, what kind of pay raise do people typically get after first/second/third year?

Big 4 bonus for passing the bar during one's first year of employment is $5,000 which is the same for becoming a CPA during one's first year of employment. (Big 4 accounting firms also usually provide free CPA review course.)

Yeah you should have the offer letter by now. Their recruiter is really nice so I'd reach out and check the status for sure.

TIP and NYU. Interviewed with the DC/Baltimore office and the NY office. Email I received specifically said NY and referenced my NY interviewer so the other offices may be outstanding.

NY and last week. Normally I wouldn't expect a result within a week but they implied they were close to the end of CBs. (at least for that office)

Depending on the level you come in at (especially if you have prior work experience) some big 4 do not offer the bar bonus or pay for bar exam materials.

Echoing the comments of not hearing from Deloitte (NY) or KPMG (Chicago)--CBs last week. The Deloitte team asked for availability for the next couple of weeks when setting up my interview times, so they may still be interviewing.

My interview was for west coast office, not San Francisco! If I hear back one way or the other I'll let you know. Best of luck to ya!
