Anything from Milbank? It seems like they've had entry-level postings on their website for a little over a month now.

Original person who asked this but I've now completed a few of the callbacks. Biggest differences were that the firms aren't really sure when they'll make decisions by, they will frequently ask why you aren't returning to your summer firm (and probably why you weren't at a firm if you worked elsewhere), specific practice group interests will come up almost certainly. Outside of that, very similar to 2L callbacks. Also, firms tend to not hold open more than 1 offer for a position they are trying to fill from what I heard.Anonymous User wrote:interested in this too--really appreciate any insight!Anonymous User wrote:I have a few callbacks coming up. No problem and best of luck! Looking forward to being done with this whole process. Definitely prepare for a wider variety of "why" questions than 2L year. Why this firm, why not your old firm, why this city, why not your old city, why this practice group, why not litigation (if you have a bunch of lit experiences on your resume). Fit ia still heavily emphasized, if not moreso because they don't have a summer to vet you for fit.Anonymous User wrote:This is so helpful!
