What don't they like about a&p? I keep hearing about dissatisfaction via the rumor mill and the online resources, but I haven't actually heard any anecdotes/stories/etc. They seemed great during my callback, in fact, a lot more normal/relaxed than other firms I visited. What's the grumbling about?

I heard from someone credible that Steptoe is moving somewhat slowly because it doesn't want *too* many offers open at once. (I believe that last year they had higher yield on their offers than they expected.) If that's true, it might explain the wait. But I don't know that for sure, and I don't want to give false hope!
